Why Should This Player Be Punished:

• 1.3 - The user made several accusations against me in LOOC, during a roleplay interaction.
• 2.1 - The user was being asked a simple question by LEOs; he stood on a bollard for no reason and ignored us.
• 3.24 - The user was given a ticket; Chris then goes on to break character, spend time making infantile and libelous remarks in the LOOC, and generally refused to have any meaningful roleplay interaction.

The user has an excessive number of recent bans on record, and is evidently incapable of playing the server cohesively and in accordance with the purpose of the gamemode, as outlined by rule 2.1.

Although it isn't my AR week I am still going to go ahead and issue a punishment for this user as it is obvious that he fails to follow basic server rules maturely and respectfully, thank you for making this AR.
