Why Should This Player Be Punished:

1. Decided to murder me infront of 2 NPC's because I mugged him for $500, getting himself 10k 10y
2. Ran me over for complementing his custom 500k paint job intentionally killing me again.
3. Disconnected within 5 minutes from bombing my shop whilst the police were looking for him. Didn't wait 10 minutes since committing the crime.

I was literally in view of this man when he disconnected as I was a cop, I knew he was involved as he made a sort of goading like 911 call and he stopped when I was dragging the body I would’ve attempted an arrest literally 2 mins after however he disconnected
