This is a good idea, The only problem Is, I don't think Its possible, Think about it. If It was possible, Im sure the admins would have already made/started this Idea.

To be honest I would work on this a bit more than it is at the moment, even though it explains itself you should try to add more things so that the developers can get some more views of the whole suggestion.

From a cursory glance at just comments and by the description of the addon you linked, all it does is make it so if you shoot the seat the person is sitting in, it fakes you shooting the player instead. So if you download this addon, have someone sit in the chair, then shoot them in the head without hitting the chair behind them, I'm sure you would find that the bullet does no damage to them and instead passes through them. So this hardly is a solution. Granted I have not tested this myself, but if someone else would like to show that I'm wrong, I'd be willing to watch it.
