Situatons where you observe someone breaking 3.21, try and talk to them and tell them what rule they broke. Or get their name and open a /report. I wouldn't bother making a BR, it's a bit petty.

I tried to tell someone that they broke a rule and I got told to fuck off people think because we are not staff our word means nothing. Bring back helper some of us want to help enforce the rules but we are being met with hostility.

If they say that just make a report and be on your way. We won't be adding the helper rank back, you can essentially be a helper by helping in help chat.
