Reason: Breaking the rule number "3.21"
He ran across the highway for no reason. Probably to get faster to the other side.
(Why I didn't use the /report <message> because I know that the Administration is very busy, and without evidence will not do anything.

3.21 Walking on the highway- Walking on the highway without a valid/reasonable reason is not allowed.

Additional Information: I would ask for a warning to the player.

I see your point, got surprised if it was a ban request for such a thing, luckily I did pay attention.

I would probably like to give a +Support. I'm assuming I got a warning for something similar once. Running the highway is risky and ban able, however I have never seen this guy, so I think it's gonna be a neutral. (I see the point in the report however I can't watch the demo until Friday, so not gonna accuse him!) Edit: did you explain him to not do it?
