Topic: Improving guides section

- Add several sub forums to organise the guides into categories
- Make the section easier to navigate.

Alright you are new to the server and you decide to go look at a few guides on the forums then oh noo you are suddenly swarmed by pages of guides. This idea organises them into sections so players can find what they need without the constant scrolling and misreading thread names.
Overall this will help navigating the section making it both faster and easier to find the right guide. This is right now in several sections including Suggestions and applications to sort accepted and denied out so why not make some in the guides to help sort them.
Here are a few I came up with.
Ways of making money
Economy
Crafting
Police and Emergency services
Forums related
Roleplay improvement
Rules/Laws Related
Optional additions:
- Guide request thread for players to request guides to be made.
