Topic: Add Defibs to become purchasable from "safety first"



Short explanation (in notes):
-add buy-able Defibs from "safety first" for a hefty price

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
in times of need when people die *cough* 90% of paralake are when there are no medics so they bleed out, if possible havee it from safety first they can purchase a "defib set" but takes like 6 charges instead of 3 to be used ONLY when medics are no on duty may it be purchased/used

when medics on duty: no purchased defib may be used or bought with the popup message of "You are not properly trained to use this"

when no medics on duty: citizens and cops can FINALLY revive their brothers and sisters (and other incestial family)


Conclusion:
This should be added to stop people dying when no medics are not on duty as in real terms there is Defibs in major public areas that can be grabbed and uses (I know this as I am trained in AED use)


Optional additions:
- add Defib pods in public areas that act as a one time use for when people have mini "deaths" then the defib pod is inactive for 5 mins while the pod "re-arms" with another defib

The last thing we need is criminals with no medical experience reviving their fallen brethren who were shot to shit by SWAT with some defibs they bought from the local B&Q. The fact you're stating that there are a lack of active medics means that making medics even more obsolete is a silly idea. They can already use bandages and stimpacks, beyond that it should be left to the medics.

Honestly i don't think this is needed, givong defibs to untrained criminals is a bad idea.
I don't think of this being possible and i don't think it should be in my opinion.

I'm sorry but I cannot support your suggestion. My reasoning for this is due to the fact that criminals would become very over powered if they had access to defibrillators. I'd also like to add that if people are getting knocked unconscious and their mate just comes along and revives them the medics job would become more pointless.
