Server Suggestion delivery packages

Suggestion Title: delivery packages
Suggestion Description: when you ordered a package and if you diden't get the text that the package have been loaded in the truck after 5 min goes by and you still diden't get the text you can go down to the place and get it your instead of it being refunded and losing money in the progress

Why should this be added?:
if an courier was to be afk and 10 min goes by the package will be refunded at 20% losing 80% of your money and we lose the 80% of the money of the materials we ordered and this is helpfull if the courier died in a shootout or something else like he's been run over etc

What negatives could this have?:
courier will not get the money from that package. and i cant think of something else that is negative

What problem would this suggestion solve?: couriers being afk or dead or not doing he's/her job and we can get our package in time before it refunds because of him being afk or if the delivery man died in some form of accident we can retrieve the package our selve's when the 5 min is up and we will have 5 min more to get it before it's refunds

You don’t pay until you pick up the package, the 20% you get refunded is your delivery fee iirc

You pay a deposit of 20% and pay the other 80% upon claiming the package, you don't pay the full price until the package is delivered.

Hence the 20% refund.
