Every time I try to say upload a demo to YouTube I cant because it is not the correct file. Any ideas what file I need to convert it into so i can upload it to youtube

What you need to do buddy is go into your demo and use a recorder e.g fraps or shadowplay and record your screen then upload that video to youtube or to upload your demo use http://demo.ovh.eu/

You can bring the playback pop up by pressing shift + f2

A demo isnt a video. Get a recording program like OBS and open the demo in gmod by clicking the demo in menu> demo's. Not sure but they sort from oldest to newest.

Press shift + f2 ehen you load in. Then record the demo and upload your .mp4 to youtube.

You csn always just upload the demo using demo.ovh.eu or mega.co.nz

Like Hayden said, you actually need to watch the demo and record it, but I'd suggest moving the little box out of the way so it just looks a bit more professional.

Jesus xD was not ready to get a reply like that xD. Im using bandi cam but having issues as my game goes straight to full screen so it wont record it
