Demotion

I was recently mayor for a whole day and ofc, there was alot of rule breaking cops. So as mayor i went to demote them and thought that would be that. Instead they keep rejoining the force after being demoted.

I think once a player has been demoted there should be a time limit before he can apply again. This will stop rule breaking cops/medics etc from breaking rules and joining again.
