Difference between volume of sound that system sends and volume of sound that i recieve

So basically i have razer krakens 7.1 chrome. They receive the sound louder than the system actually sends it for some reason. This can be seen in my videos and it's the reason that the game sound in my videos is very low, although i hear everything fine through the headset. i've tried everything. please help

First things first: What amp do you use, or do you just use on-board audio?

I made some tests and traced the issue: there's definitely something wrong. If i try to play somethign using realtek hd audio, the volume mixer shows sound going up to the desired level. However with krakens the sound goes up only a tiny bit.
