What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: 1.1 Disrespectful Behaviour
Disrespectful behavior, in its broadest sense, is not acceptable; users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
Your version of the rule: You may not harass any other member of the community in an out-of-character setting. Repeated verbal or text abuse, after being warned to stop, constitutes harassment.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: I believe as of current the rule is used out of its original purpose and is in fact used as a tool for staff to single out individuals they do not like, this isn't specifically the case for my current ban, and that's me being honest. This is Garry's Mod and people should have the right of freedom of speech,
