Police Suggestion Dispatch improvements for map changes

since map changes are a thing now, There should be a top down menu in the dispatch screen to select what map is on your screen etc
Don't mind my shitty example but you get what im trying to say

Or the map could just change based on what map it currently is, probably easier compared to a button

The cameras work in Evo, so would be nice for the map to be updated.

I sent Fredy the map overview yesterday, all being well he'll update it soon. However there's no need for a drop-down, it'll just be the map you're currently on for obvious reasons.
