Suggestion Title: Dispatch - [Incident Dropdown Menu]
Suggestion Description: When creating incidents for Officers, EMS and Firefighters it is sometimes frustrating typing all the information in. Instead simplify it with a drop down Menu with pre-sets and it will still allow Dispatchers to add in information. For Example there is a Traffic Stop, Normal Officers can open there computers and click the Traffic Stop Option. for Dispatchers they could Right Click > Create Incident > Choose the Drop Down Menu > Choose Traffic Stop and it would show Make, Model, etc and Dispatchers would have to fill that information in. But do this for other things such as shots fired etc, etc. I could provide more examples at a later date.
If you look at the Useful Images section it shows the "Create Incident" Upon clicking that you would have a drop down menu for presents for EMS, Fire and Police.
Why should this be added?:
- Less Time Straining for Dispatchers when Multi Tasking
- Unique and Cool
What negatives could this have?:
- Don't see any negatives as the information would still need to be filled in by dispatch but pre-sets would be there so they have a template.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: All of the Above.
