Suggestion Title: Dispatcher BUFF Air-1
Suggestion Description: Dispatcher is pretty under-used from my experience on PLPD. I would suggest adding the ability for Dispatcher to call air 1 for a maximum of 5 minutes so the helicopter can "Refuel."
This is NOT a feature that is much different than the Cameras Dispatcher already has access to. The only difference is that if possible this will be a remote controlled drone style vehicle that can't go up or down and only moves in a fixed way so that it can't crash into the ground or collide with any upper skybox.
This is a sort of power up that can be used by Dispatcher to help assist the other cops in giving communications or keep eyes on suspects with a timer of 5 minutes and a cooldown of 30 minutes to balance it out so that this will be as aforementioned, a power up, meaning it is to be used for high priorities or catching wanted suspects.
OPTIONALLY: For further balancing, allow Criminals to open fire on the helicopter and the helicopter can be shot down with 5 magazines of rifle ammo to give it a health similar to the Brute truck so that it is quite difficult to take down though it is not impossible so that it is advantageous to coordinate with your fellow criminals to all unanimously open fire and swiftly take down the police dispatcher's eyes above you.
Why should this be added?:
- Extremely interesting new mechanic
- Makes Dispatcher more meta and useful
- Can't be abused due to cooldown punishment for misuse
- Better comms for PLPD and more coordination
- Bar is raised for skill in PLPD with higher quality communications with more dispatchers and eyes.
What negatives could this have?:
- Less PD Wipes as this feature does empower PLPD and make it harder to win against so some may believe this is unfair
