Type of bug: lua
Description of the bug: Dispatcher is still too much like police.
While most things aren’t an issue due to rule 4.7, things such as driving police vehicles and confiscating evidence probably shouldn’t happen regardless.
How to reproduce the bug: A couple of things I’ve noticed this morning, dispatchers are able to drive police vehicles they have keys to (all police vehicles if you’re a supervisor) and can also confiscate illegal items. There are possibly some other things but this is all I’ve noticed this morning.
