Description of the idea: Add an option to the cash register to drop an item and mark it as "Not for sale"

Why should this be added? (pros): I tried putting crates around my display items but some asshat (@Jack Bushross) bought them somehow through a tiny gap. I'd like to be able to display my collectibles without people climbing on other props to grab them.

What negatives could this have? (cons): I can't think of any.

Would add an interesting dynamic to shops and bases; people could display their most valuable items, or just put up rare/expensive ones for negotiation rather than a fixed price.

Add an option to remove the price tag entirely, It would be nice for peoples signs to not have the red "Not for sale" text at all if they don't want said item sold.
