Why Should This Player Be Punished: User was stalling the entire situation whilst I was mugging him. He did this using irrelevant /me's ect. The reason he stalled was in order for his friend to save him before I was done with the mugging. He contacted his friend through organization chat whilst he was being gun pointed which is another breakage of the rules. I later on ask him for his OOC name several times but he just ignores me so Thanks to @Jon Godinn this rule breaker won't get away so easily.
