Doman's chip shop was founded in 2014 when Aaron Roycewicz found out Lewis Doman was Greek, Aaron was very intrigued and after the chip shop incident where Aaron's parents fell into the chip oil and burnt alive, Lewis' mother Jessica decided to adopt Aaron into the world of Doman and this is how it began.
Aaron Roycewicz was now known as Aaron Doman and took on the role as chip shop manager and we enrolled new chip cooker apprentices named Christian Doman, Alan Doman and Harry Barnett.
