Downloading youtube instead of displaying the page

This has become a frequent problem now, and I can't wrap my head around it, I use chrome and DL speed is 60MegaB/s.

Upload speed kinda dies when im in my apartment, goes down to 0.05.

Other than that it just keeps downloading the websites instead of displaying them, which means I can't actually see the webpage.

This also sometimes happens when making a google search.
