Suggestion Title: Drop illegals on death
Suggestion Description: If you die either:

1) you drop drugs, Timed / remote bombs, grenades and cash in your pocket.

2) your body can be pressed R on with fists out to be looted for the same things.

Why should this be added?:
- stop every single day people losing out on the mug loot they’re entitled to over someone breaking gunpoint
- lessen the reports staff deal with in the regard of mugs because people are less inclined to die over food and phones compared to $150,000 worth of drugs
- Game mechanics actually work FOR the rules instead of against them.
- (Credit to Steelo) People drive safer instead of driving reckless while carrying valuables out of fear of dropping them if they get into a fatal crash.

What negatives could this have?:
- mass rdms will result in slightly more complex refund requests but they already happen because of its nature which in of itself is constant.

right now you only drop equipped items and nothing else from your inventory when you die
