Suggestion Title: drugs use etc
Suggestion Description: im not sure if this happens so far but whenever u use drugs it should have some effects on ur character visually for other players.
For coke it should make ur eyes open wider, throw up every time u eat
For meth ur character should have red spots appear on ur body
For weed it could turn ur eyes red or make them close a bit, get hungry a lot faster

Why should this be added?:
-more realistic
-bit more use off the law 8.1 as it could be reworded so it includes people already on drugs
-more rp situations as medics could accompany anyone who has taken drugs

What negatives could this have?:
-not really sure if there is any run the risk off using drugs run the risk of getting caught
-hard too code for such a small thing

It's probably going to be hard to code this stuff into the player models and make these things work out. But it's a cool idea really.
