Ease of Access for Regals Fire Escape

Main Idea: Cut a gap in the brush and prop fire escape at the regals apartments.

Full description of the idea: In the next map iteration, using the 'cut' tool to cut away a 64-unit wide gap in each balcony fence in regals, and then cutting a corresponding gap in the fire escape prop so that one could walk from the fire escape to the balcony without having to jump.

Why should it be added?: Having to wait for your stamina to regenerate, just to be able to get trapped in a balcony and have to wait again is frustrating - especially during a tense situation such as a shootout. Therefore, being able to walk from area to area makes it more realistic in shootouts and less painful.

Pros:
+ More convenient
+ Allows time for quick-paced action and doesn't put you at risk from sniper fire e.t.c. while waiting for your stamina to go up


Cons:
- Requires the map and the staircase model to be adjusted accordingly.
- Makes entering a balcony fractionally easier for raiders and such?


Other additions: You could, if you're worried about this making it easier to raid, put a func_door there that can partially block the way, so people have to open it to enter.

I understand that it can be annoying jumping over this, however, a lack of people base at regals anymore mainly due to there being 2 entrances at the front and back of the property. If they were to remove this, it would make it easier for raiders and it would put the remaining few who based there off using it, therefore making it a useless feature in the map.
