Today we celebrate the holiday of breakfast which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan where we fasted.

I hope to those who of us who celebrate it that it was a beautiful and life changing time where you capitalized on the moment to make a long term positive difference in your life.

May Allah grant us paradise and keep us steadfast, Ameen.

Salam Aleykum

Is Eid Muslim Christmas
Short Answer: No

Eid = Holiday

Eid Al Fitr (Holiday of Breakfast) is one of our 3 holidays. We celebrate after fasting the month of Ramadan in which we believe our holy book, the Quran, was sent down. On the day after Ramadan, the day of Eid Al Fitr, The Adults commonly give money to kids or toys; donate to charity or help the needy; pray in congregation for an annual holiday prayer and visit family wishing them a happy holiday then spend time together
