ELS Anyone?

Main idea: [VCMOD] Better emergency lighting for the emergency vehicles!

Description: A modification for the emergency vehicles called VCMOD that implements ELS system allowing the user FULL control over the vehicles lights and sirens. Ex: Changing light patterns, traffic advisory lights, siren control, etc. Not to mention, it also overhauls the vehicle handling and damage system!

Pros: Enhancement to the immersion of the emergency service workers! Not to mention a more polished/up-to-date lighting / vehicle system.

Cons: May cause server load issues but not confirmed..
