Suggestion Title: Email notifications for plpd.online
Suggestion Description: Sometimes, I recieve a message or ticket reply on plpd.online, and miss them for a while because I'm not on the site. Email notifications could remedy this. Just like the forum has.

Why should this be added?:
- Faster reply times

What negatives could this have?:
None I can think of

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Missing messages on plpd.online

I'd much rather have them integrated in the Xenforo Alerts tbh. There's an API endpoint for that so it shouldn't be very time consuming. I'd prefer it if the PLPD stores as little as possible of my personal information and i check the forums much more regularly than the PLPD online inbox.
