Suggestion Title: EMP Grenade / Cell Blocker Device
Suggestion Description: Can be used to disable sights and other electronic devices like phones , TVs , Spotlights , electronic bombs and electronic alarms door alarms or car alarms , near where it is thrown . Items would be by affected depending on how close the is emp grenade is to you , useful in smaller bases like Hicktown , Cabins , Projects , Slums etc . Would prevent using phone to call the police and also to disable the door/car alarms allowing for raids to be undisturbed from cops if you are quiet and use suppressors . The time that the EMP could be anywhere from 1-2 minutes .

Why should this be added?:
- - Adds new elements and allows a harder time for defenders basing in smaller bases defends

What negatives could this have?:
- People other than the raiders could be affected , depending on how close you are it can affect you aswell
Helps defends get rid of electronic bombs that are planted on base

Most of the people who base in these are small organisations or new players where as you will find the huge ones in places such as parker, so this on itself just makes me question why?

Just something fun and new , obviously new players are more vulnerable but the cost wouldn’t be worth it unless there are multiple people building and growing with guns , just like bombs

I suggested a device which censors locations of 911 messages made within its radius and it was denied, having this as a grenade would be pretty unrealistic and wouldn’t fit PERPs 2010 USA reminiscent theme.
