Suggestion Title: Enhanced Vehicle Damage
Suggestion Description: A new vehicle damage system, it doesnt seem realistic when your car is smoking like hell and is really damaged but still at its peak perfomance, instead make it so when you have engine damage and your driving your car has a chance to stall and puff smoke and will progressively turn slower and slower. if the vehicle receives enough damage without any repair it will just stall completely.

Why should this be added?:
- More Realism
- Makes sense

What negatives could this have?:
- Pursuits might last shorter when the said criminal crashes alot

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It will solve the realism in vehicles completely

It will affect me already driving my slow ass car making it even slower, the server allows you to craft a whole 50k gun in 5 minutes and thats unrealistic asf dont need to bring the "realism" pon de cars
