Suggestion Title: Establishing movements permitted under 3.3
Suggestion Description: Every day we see posts in /help or OOC (and I'm assuming staff get a lot of F6's) regarding player movement that may be construed as unrealistic. I believe we could do with a clear outline of what movements are permitted within shootouts and raids to stop abuse of certain in-game systems which dramatically can speed up a player or make them incredibly difficult to hit. I understand that the staff cannot account for every movement a player would make but judgement and clarity could be given to movements such as strafe running while reloading (imagine bunnyhop esque rotations whilst sprinting) or sprint + spam crouch to clear the distance of half a room before both someone can react or the server ping catches up.
I think most players have experienced differing staff opinions (which is of no fault to them, as there are no clear guidelines in place at the moment). Although some movements will naturally happen as the majority of us play FPS, like quick peaking and side-stepping whilst shooting. Some movements do not align with the reasoning behind 3.3 whatsoever, or alternatively if the server's view on this rule is shifting, clarity on this would be largely helpful.

Why should this be added?:
- Clarifies what is allowed and prevents rule breakage
- Clears up help chat and OOC salt/disputes
- Free's up F6 reports
- Gives staff and players a clear answer.

What negatives could this have?:
- Over penalising muscle memory movements
- At which point are rules too harsh on it being "just a game"
- Hard to penalise spamming crouch (but then a solution of F6 with a game clip fixes this).

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Fixes uncertainty and arguments over what movements are allowed and what has slowly become gradually accepted at seemingly staff discretion.

Idk man bunny hopping is the new strat

https://streamable.com/owt9h7 guy could've crippled me ping and fps advantage

Exactly these guys dont know the methods
I disagree. In that case with peekers advantage as he was hiding, he wouldn't even been able to react to you before you had landed. It wouldn't have changed anything if you only ran or if you ran in jumping in that case. Either remove 3.3 or enforce it. Jumping in combat to be a target difficult to hit is the most unrealistic thing ever. I don't really care if the rule exists or not, I just want them to have a clear stance on it.

Crazy how so many other things are 3.4 but bum rushing towards someone you KNOW has a weapon isn't.
'

On GTA:SA roleplay we used to call this ramboing. (rushing someone unrealistically) I believe it shouldn't remain in the server as it is very unrealistic.

I don’t think your clip really aligns with your point of “he could’ve crippled me” because at that point you’re basically a few inches from him with an SMG that excels at that range. By using this (in my opinion) unrealistic movement, you’ve gained a massive advantage that negates the downfalls of an smg.
