Suggestion Title: Everyone can perform CPR
Suggestion Description: Why is it that only firefighters can perform CPR?
Not even paramedics can do it!!

I believe everyone should be able to perform CPR, especially paramedics!!

Shouldnt firefighters be putting out fires instead of being the kings of CPR?

Simple as that

Why should this be added?:
-It makes no sense that nobody but FD can perform CPR

What negatives could this have?:
- None that I can think of.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not even paramedics can perform CPR, is there anything else to say?

I don't really see a point in using CPR when Medics can just use Defibs. Also feel like this would be hella broken if anyone could perform CPR.
