Suggestion Title: F1 menu genes/job exp mouse-over tooltips
Suggestion Description: Add mouseover tooltips to both the gene and job exp menu to explain:

- What each gene does
- How to earn job exp for each job

Why should this be added?:
- idk tbh it would just be nice to have

What negatives could this have?:
- reading hurts my fragile wittle brain

What problem would this suggestion solve?: AMBIGUITY

if the framework to do this is developed it might as well be added for skills too although most of those are pretty self explanitory
