F3 lag (is it even fixable?)

Type of bug: LUA

Description of the bug: There is a very nasty lag/delay when pressing F3 as police, I think this applies to F1 too.

How to reproduce the bug: Press F3 as police

It only happens on F1 once but after it's been opened it doesn't freeze

Yeah I am guessing F3 has a lot more shit to load in and has to refresh every time, there must be a way to optimise this somehow because it is infuriating to use as a cop main
