Full Details: I drove to the general store, slowed down to let some man standing right on the edge of the sidewalk move more into the sidewalk. He came into my car. I told him to get out. When he got out, I asked him why he entered my car. His grasp of the English language didn't seem proficient, so the response was a mix of bad grammar with a pretty bad microphone. Needless to say, the RP wouldn't be great from there. I proceeded to attempt to mug him, but he decided to run away from me, laughing away. I didn't want to kill him for FearRPing, but at least wanted him to go along with it, else it ruins the experience. He decides to run into an alley, and I hear him equip a weapon while I tell him he is FailRPing in the global OOC chat. He comes round the corner and shoots me down instantly.
