Eh, I'm mixed on this, cause 1) I would like having a female SWAT to avoid any sexism and 2) We worked hard on making it so all other jobs (except mayor) have the proper face and what for the job
However... This model has the face clearly visible and it is a Caucasian female so any character with a different skin tone would be left out still. The general feeling when making SWAT be the way they are is that they are so covered up that you can not fully tell whether it is male or female. Yes it may be actually male, but it is not so obvious that I see it needing additional content such as this example being required.
