Description of the idea:
Increase the payment from fires From $75 per fire to $100. Also, make the extinguisher pay the same as the hose pay.
As it stands, firefighters only source of major income is random forest fires which are kinda rare. Fires break out inside properties usually.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- More money through legal work.
- Makes sense.
- No reason you should get less from using a fire extinguisher over a hose anyways.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- More incentive to not put out fires til they’ve spread? Idk.
