-Loading bar to handcuff, like when you equip things.
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
My idea is to make like a loading bar to handcuff people, just like when you equip a gun it says "equipping" this will add more realism as you can't just handcuff a man on the move and this will also prevent ninjacuffing. It should say "Handcuffing" and it should take like 3 seconds to handcuff a man. I've been ninjacuffed many times, and I think this will prevent it and it adds more realism.
