Server Suggestion Fix OOC "gungame" replacement

Suggestion Title: Fix OOC "gungame" replacement
Suggestion Description: Currently if you say gungame in OOC followed by a number it will replace it with
"Rogue is the best community manager" or "Tyla is the best community manager" at random
It should be updated to include Scoot

Why should this be added?:
- Fairness
- Community spirit
- Love

What negatives could this have?:
- People will spam "gungame1" in OOC to flood the chat (but it reduces your OOC message count so may not be such an issue)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Community manager asymmetry

I am pretty sure this has already been done and will probably be live with the next update.
