Suggestion Title: Medics can fix splinted legs
Suggestion Description: It is so annoying when I splint in a situation on cop and survive then im forced to have a cripple at some random time because cops cant fix splinted legs. It is very unrealistic since you can take off a splint irl and its very frustrating. My suggestion is to make it so that medics can fix splinted legs as they currently can only fix legs if they are crippled.

Why should this be added?:
- realism
- QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time
- slight cop buff i suppose

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being randomly crippled since medics could fix your leg when you splint.

they already can, they just need to punch your leg once or twice (dependant on unarmed combat lvl & strength) so it's damaged enough for them to heal it

would deffo still be better if they could fix it without roughing you up first though

I agree, medics should be able to fix ur legs as they would be able irl.
