fix the intersection traffic lights!

as much as i would like a roundabout the traffic lights are very dangerous at the intersection! If you're waiting to turn left the left turn lights go green but also the main street lights are also green and you end up having a massive crash! Also the red yellow green sequence is incorrect and I AM SO ANGRY
