Suggestion Description: An animation shows when a player is flashbanged

Why should this be added?:
- Good for RP somehow

What negatives could this have?:
- Might be difficult to code
- Could bug characters idk

This is already a thing but probably doesnt work most of the time if the person who is flashed has a two handed gun and a phone out at the same time.

maybe make it so when flashed your phone goes away?
