Server Suggestion Give the luger mag an item description

Suggestion Title: Give the luger mag an item description
Suggestion Description: All the other mags as far as I'm aware have a description that states what gun its for, but the luger doesn't have one at all and it's just an odd one out so adding one would just have a bit of consistency and would take less than a second to quickly do.

Why should this be added?:
- Informative

What negatives could this have?:
- Might be too difficult to code

@Carrot did you ever fix this but just wasn't pushed out?

I swear I remember a commit by someone that fixed this but that might have been something similar.

Anyway, it is fixed now and should go live some time soon when we update the server.
