Why Should This Player Be Punished:

• 2.1 - Was rammed out of the vehicle and jumped straight back in, tried to do this a second time.
• 3.4 - Eventually I tried to subdue him with the baton to keep it IC as if he was resisting being put in the car, he just ignored every strike.
• 3.26 - Failed to cooperate with a /me to place him in the vehicle twice. His stalling resulted in the opportunity for a shootout.

I actually find myself kind of disgusted at this horrible show of "RP" by this player. Not only does he resist /mes while cuffed, he proceeds to throw childish insults towards you in, what I can only think of is an attempt to trigger you into breaking the rules. A big +support on this, I hope it's a long ban.
