game crashing

I bought VIP so I could play with my freind, but my game keeps crashing as soon as I join, would a refund of the VIP be possible? I havent gotten to do anything yet and I habe no ban

The game worked for like half an hour and when I bought VIP it starterd crashing

I very highly doubt that your game crashing has anything to do with your in game rank.
It’s most probably some of your addons causing the problem, happens to a lot of people including myself sometimes

Well how do I fix it? If I cant have it fixed I would like to get my money back since I cant get to play

In my experience with developing I have never seen people crash due to their assignment to a different rank. I will try to help and what you must do is retrieve the latest crash log from your gmod folder and parse the error here. Maybe we can find out why it crashes.
