Game freezing

So I recently installed windows 10 and with that, razer synapse but I soon uninstalled it as it made me not being able to hear certain things and making the sounds shit.

Now for the real problem, when I press X to use my microphone or in some cases when I speak to NPCs my game freezes for a minute or so. Any ideas on why this is happening?

EDIT: A thing I didn't mention not too sure if it is the same problem but when I have league of legends client open it sometimes becomes unresponsive. Also when I watch a youtube video and I pause it only to continue it afterwards there is no sound. This usually fixes itself after some seconds of the video.

I've had this before. Just simply Verify Integrity of the Game Cache - If you don't know how to do this here is how to:
Steam > Library > Right Click Garry's Mod > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.

Keep doing this until all files are successfully validated.
For example; if one fails > Verify it again.

Windows 10 was fucking my headphones. It is fixed now, I just disabled the addons.
