Garry's mod broken, need some help.

So I installed a few models and ragdolls last night for my gmod animations, and after I did, my crosshair and hud are gone, and my guns make no sound, does anyone know why and how I can fix it?

That was my first thing I tried. I tried it many times, I even tried deleting the folders of which I seemed to have parts missing, then verifying, but to no avail. So no, verifying isn't working.

Delete garry's mod delete all the models and ragdolls you downloaded reinstall garry's mod done.

If posible list the addons you downloaded it is possible that they are conflicting causing errors or it is workshop related.

Check your virus chest as well.

Delete garry's mod delete all the models and ragdolls you downloaded reinstall garry's mod done.

Here's the problem. I downloaded them from the internet, so how could I delete them? I reinstalled garry's mod, but it's still borken.

Remove garrys mod, remove steam then you know "reinstall" your pc and then download steam and download garrys mod and try.

Going to attempt disabling steam cloud and deleting the GarrysMod/garrysmod folder, then validating.

Delete Garry's Mod then before you reinstall it make sure the Gmod folder in Steamapps>common is Deleted then reinstall it. (sometimes it doesn't delete the folder and you keep all your old gmod stuff including corrupt files so delete it)
