Missing player, car, and some other models.

Hello ive been trying to fix this issue ive been having ever since i was unbanned. My issue is that i cant see certain models, heres a picture

Any help is appreciated!!
Solutions ive tried but havent fixed the
issue:
Re-installed Gmod
Redownloaded addons x2
Remove gmod file

-posted on phone

1. delete every addon you got on gmod
2. Download the ones you need on PH like the content and CSS along with HL2(optional)
3. do "-dx level 90" on launch options
4. join
5. profit
