Type of bug: Sound/Lua
Description of the bug: The sound that plays when refilling a car is too loud and can be heard from considerable distances e.g. if a car is filling up at the business gas station you can hear it from Bazaar which is also quite audible. Range needs to be drastically reduced/fixed (Also pretty annoying if you haven't guessed by now).
How to reproduce the bug: Should be quite obvious how to reproduce.
Time stamp(s): Any time a car is being filled.
