Genetic Notifications

Could we have some sort of notification pop up when we have new genetic points to spend?

New genetic points don't come to you randomly. You buy new ones from the hospital. I don't think there's a notification needed for something you do manually.

Well, when people join for the first time it would be great to have something like that.
Because some people that are new do not know how it works, or why they are even
supposed to do it.
