Suggestion Title: Phone Message Notifications
Suggestion Description: So in my time of perpheads phone chat notifications are not that noticeable unless you're focused on drug dealer or bank dealer.
Except for crimes that use chat notifications i would rather try to make a more noticeable sound so the person being messaged can read it and not be left for a month

Why should this be added?:
- More interactions in different ways
- Talk without microphone when not comfortable

What negatives could this have?:
Can be put below if anyone has negatives

Btw : pretty nice suggestion,would like to see that,because i cant rlly hear the pop sound everytime i receive a message

It’s called “fears to fathon” its free but the dlcs are much better than the free version.
