Suggestion Title: Give access to regular officers marked Ford transit van
Suggestion Description: Give access to regular officers marked Ford transit van instead of premium users OR make clear in handbook that this car is only for premium users
(Also it could be that marked transit van given to non premium RTU officers aswell)

Why should this be added?:
- It would be clear up handbook since it doesnt say that you need to be premium user. Personally, I was confused why the car wasnt available (it doesnt say why I cant spawn it)
By giving ford transit van to regular officers it would be more option in driving cars for officers, who dont want to spend money for ingame ranks
Also the car is not too op so I dont see big change, it would be nice to see this change

What negatives could this have?:
- Taxi job will be impacted

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Either it will clear up handbook or it will give access to non premium officers car

The transit van is so bad i honestly don't see why it can't be given to regular officers like that in general. +1

I honestly just want it on the RTU car list, so I can use it without having to go to the armory, and switch between patrol and RTU, to arrest a lot of people.

tbf, I did think normal officers, even non premium players, already had access to it

The van is awesome, you can transport injured people in it to the hospital and genuinely help when no medics are around @Caveric Jonson
